Thank you Emma for looking after Dad in the way you did, he only deserves the best and that is what he got. From the moment we met Emma we were put at ease in what was awful circumstances. She was empathetic, passionate and caring about doing the right thing for us and my Dad and she took care of everything for us. She went above and beyond and her service was amazing. We suffered a family loss this year that seemed impossible to deal with, Emma was amazing from start to finish. Nothing was to much of an ask from her, never in my life have I met a person with so much compassion and empathy - while remaining connected, down to earth and friendly. I never felt like I was dealing with a funeral director I felt like I had known her for years. As much as I’d like to say I wish nobody would ever had to go through the pain of losing a loved one, we all have do and I highly recommend Emma. She has stayed in touch even weeks after the passing and I’m forever grateful for her services and friendship.
